March: Employee of the Month

Department: Healthcare

Madelyn, a member of our healthcare staff, has been selected as March’s Employee of the Month! She consistently picks up extra shifts, works on her days off, and helps wherever she is needed, all while wearing a smile. Madelyn says the best part of her job is the residents. She enjoys sneaking them ice cream at odd hours, and they are always appreciative and thankful for the assistance from the staff. Her co-workers and supportive management team contribute to a strong team bond and create a work environment that everyone looks forward to being a part of. Thank you, Madelyn, for all your hard work. Everyone at SpringBrook appreciates you!

February: Employee of the Month

Department: Dietary

Michael, a member of our Dietary Staff, was selected as February’s Employee of the Month! Michael goes above and beyond, picks up shifts, is both a DA and a cook, and is always smiling and happy,

Michael enjoys the morning shift as the staff and residents are always cheerful. He says his co-workers and managers help him to be successful at his job as teamwork is key, and he strives to be a team player

He likes that his hard work is appreciated and that a smile goes a long way.

Michael likes that he can have a good time with the residents when they are in the dining room, and joke around, especially about the Packers. Michael is getting to know what many residents enjoy eating, he is happy when he can get them to try new foods, especially when they end up liking it.

January: Employee of the Month

Emily, who is a member of our Healthcare staff, has been chosen as January’s Employee of the Month! Emily goes above and beyond for the residents and picks up extra shifts.  Emily’s favorite part of her job is the residents. She can sit and talk with them for hours, listening to their stories and laughing together.

Emily says SpringBrook is a great place to work, her co-workers are great, and she loves meeting new people.  She says teamwork, communication, and a willingness to help all contribute to her success.

December: Employee of the Month

Department: Healthcare

Lisa, a member of our Healthcare staff, has been chosen as December’s Employee of the Month! Lisa goes above and beyond to help. She comes in early and works great with residents and co-workers.

Lisa’s favorite part of her job is being around the residents, she says SpringBrook is very family-oriented, and the whole building works as a team. She said being reliable, compassionate, and having a good sense of humor all help her to be successful at her job.

Lisa’s favorite part of her day is hearing the residents’ jokes. Building relationships with residents brings out their stories, sarcasm, and their sense of humor.
