July: Employee of the Month
Department: Dietary
Kyara, a member of our Dietary department, has been chosen as July’s Employee of the Month! Kyara has been a great help in the kitchen. She has a positive attitude and has been learning to work in the cook position.
Trying new recipes, meeting the residents, and connecting with her co-workers are her favorite parts of her job. She says helpful coworkers who answer questions and are friendly all help her to be successful.
Kyara says SpringBrook is full of great staff who are well-managed and full of love for their work and the residents. A few residents in general are special to Kyara, she says they are thoughtful and always make her laugh.

June: Employee of the Month
Department: Healthcare
Elizabeth, a member of our Healthcare department, has been chosen as June’s Employee of the Month! She picks up open shifts, helps out where needed, and goes above and beyond.
Elizabeth’s favorite part of her job is the value of resident-centered care in their home. Each person here has had different experiences, and now she gets to be part of the next chapter of their life.
Elizabeth says being genuine and happy to help people helps her to be successful at her job, and it brings her joy to make others’ days better. She enjoys hearing stories and sharing stories in return. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your hard work and compassion. It is appreciated by all!

May: Employee of the Month
Department: Reception
Heather, our full-time Receptionist, is May’s Employee of the Month! Heather helps all departments as well as residents, visitors, and families. She is always a positive person at the front desk. Heather’s favorite part of her job is being around residents and her co-workers, saying her personality and easy-going nature help her to be successful at her job.
Heather says that SpringBrook is a fun place to work, and there is always something new going on. She enjoys being around the residents, saying they each have unique personalities, and they make her laugh every day.

April: Employee of the Month
Department: Maintenance
Mark, a member of our Maintenance Department, has been selected as April’s Employee of the Month! Mark is a hard worker; he is always smiling and is never too busy to lend a helping hand.
Mark says his favorite part of his job is the residents and his co-workers. His love of helping others helps him to be successful. He says others should give this work setting a chance; it is rewarding, and everything you do is greatly appreciated by the residents.
Mark enjoys being around the residents, laughing and having a good time together, and it means a lot to him to be around the residents who keep him upbeat and positive, saying there is a lot to learn from them.
