December: Employee of the Month
Department: Healthcare
Jo is SpringBrook’s December employee of the month! She picks up open shifts, works great with residents, is a team player, and goes above and beyond her job duties. Jo’s favorite part of her job is helping the residents, getting to know them, and hearing stories about their lives. Jo says being flexible and having a positive attitude helps her be successful at her job. She would like future employees to know that SpringBrook is a great work environment, and the residents are fun to be around.
A fun memory Jo has is while working in the dining room, a resident asked for some ketchup and she didn’t realize the glass bottle top was loose, and she shook the bottle. The top went flying, and ketchup sprayed all over her, and the resident couldn’t stop laughing! Jo says the residents make caring for them easy, especially when they are always welcoming and have a smile to share when they see her. Thank you Jo for all the care you provide to SpringBrook residents! You are truly appreciated!
