Emily, a member of our Healthcare staff, has been chosen as July’s Employee of the Month!
Emily enjoys cultivating relationships with the residents and getting to know them better each shift. She says residents appreciate a humorous environment, especially when interacting with staff. A strong work ethic and a willingness to do the job how residents like it, make Emily successful.
Emily laughs with residents and their families daily and when residents show their appreciation, it motivates her to continue her work with a smile. Thank you Emily for all of your care and dedication to SpringBrook residents, it is greatly appreciated!
James Morgan
June: Employee of the Month
Department: Healthcare
James, a member of our Healthcare Staff, has been selected as June’s Employee of the Month! He works great with residents, always has a smile on his face, and picks up extra shifts.
James loves all aspects of his job, Med Tech/RCA, especially getting to know the residents and training new staff. He says paying attention to detail, double checking his work, and the managers are all things that help him be successful at his job.
James would like everyone to know his co-workers, residents, and managers are all great to work with!
A fond memory for James is when he made a resident’s bed exactly how she wanted it done, and she started laughing because she couldn’t believe it! Another resident is always happy to see James and tells him that he puts a smile on her face every time he walks into the room.

Maggie Stout
May: Employee of the Month

Maggie, a member of our Healthcare Staff, is SpringBrook’s May Employee of the Month! Maggie loves working with SpringBrook residents and connecting with them. She says SpringBrook is a great work environment, and she has wonderful co-workers. Maggie says facing challenges head-on and problem-solving through those challenges helps her succeed at her job.
A special resident Maggie enjoys working with is always thankful and understanding and especially goes out of her way to make herself and all the staff feel appreciated.

April: Employee of the Month

Jennifer, a member of our Healthcare Staff, is SpringBrook’s April Employee of the Month! Jennifer picks up shifts and is always open to help when she is able.
Jennifer’s favorite part of her job is the residents at SpringBrook. She says that her love of being around people helps her succeed at her job, and it is great to have co-workers who are always willing to help.
A fond memory Jennifer has at SpringBrook is when she brought in her puppy to visit, and while a resident was holding him, her puppy fell asleep on his chest. Residents are special to Jennifer because she creates a bond and loves to hear all the stories. Thank you for taking good care of SpringBrook’s residents Jennifer! Your hard work has not gone unnoticed!
