June: Rae Williams
Department: Healthcare
Rae, a member of our Healthcare Staff, is June’s Employee of the Month! She is a lead staff member who helps train new nursing staff, is a team player, picks up extra shifts, and has a genuine heart for SpringBrook residents. Rae says her favorite part of her job is interacting with the residents. She truly enjoys working with the residents; a few in particular bring her joy when they are thankful for her help, give sweet compliments, and have good conversations together.
The encouraging environment, staying positive, and being a team player help Rae to be successful at her job. She says SpringBrook is a fun and enjoyable place to work. A fond memory Rae has is when she was helping get a resident ready to go to the hospital, and the resident kept cracking jokes about hoping she had a male doctor once she got there.

Oliver Sackett
May: Employee of the Month
Department: Dietary
Oliver, a member of our Dietary Staff, is May’s Employee of the Month! Oliver is a great help in the kitchen and steps in to assist in the dining room! He says his favorite part of the job is his co-workers, and they, along with his strong work ethic, help him be successful.
Oliver enjoys spending time outside the kitchen too, assisting residents with menus and taking orders. On one such occasion, he was helping a resident order a meal. He didn’t quite understand what the resident was saying, resulting in a funny miscommunication that they both laughed about. Oliver says the food is fantastic, and he enjoys finding ways to make communication easy between residents and himself.

Dianne Christianson
April: Employee of the Month
Department: Housekeeping Staff
Dianne, a member of our Housekeeping Department, is April’s Employee of the Month! Dianne does a wonderful job keeping our common areas clean and tidy. She works hard, is friendly, and goes above and beyond her job duties!
Dianne says interacting with the residents and getting complimented on a job well done are her favorite parts of the job. She makes a point of telling a new joke to a resident every day, and it makes her happy to hear them chuckle and share the jokes with others throughout the day.
Dianne says working hard, staying busy, and paying attention to detail help her succeed, and that SpringBrook is a very welcoming environment.

March: Employee of the Month
Department: Healthcare Staff
April, a member of our Healthcare staff, is March’s Employee of the Month! April picks up extra shifts, helps her co-workers, and was an invaluable asset during a key transition period.
April’s favorite part of her job is interacting with the residents. She says hearing their stories and backgrounds is very informative and enlightening.
April says being able to piggyback ideas off co-workers and being able to communicate easily with management helps her succeed at her job; she says the teamwork between everyone is great!
April shares the same heritage with a particular resident, and she says that makes caring for her even more special. Thank you, April, for your care and compassion for the SpringBrook residents; we all very much appreciate you!
