July Employee of the Month
Department: Healthcare
Alexis, one of SpringBrook’s Healthcare staff has been chosen for July’s Employee of the Month. Alexis helps out when she can, she picks up shifts and takes time to learn about all residents. Alexis says her favorite part of her job is interacting and talking with the residents and she would like all future employees to know how great your co-workers will be.
Alexis says good communication helps her to be successful at her job, and sitting down to learn residents’ likes and dislikes helps as well.
A funny memory Alexis has of her time at SpringBrook was when she tripped on a lift, and the resident joked with her not to fall.

Tonya Traywick
June Employee of the Month
Department: Healthcare
Tonya is part of our Healthcare team and has been chosen as June’s employee of the month because she picks up shifts, works double shifts often, doesn’t call in, and residents continually compliment her work!
Tonya says her favorite part of SpringBrook is the people and she would like all future residents and staff to know how friendly everyone is, and how nice it is to have everyone working as a team.
Tonya has many fond memories with residents, one in particular is a resident who is always friendly and takes the time to talk and get to know the staff.

Tam Harvey, a Dietary Aide, has been selected as May’s employee of the Month! Tam picks up extra shifts, is always willing to help out, and has a positive attitude.
Tam’s favorite thing about SpringBrook is the residents and her co-workers. She is happy with the relationships she has built while working here. Tam is an organized person and says that helps her to be successful at her job. Tam enjoys joking with residents and making them laugh.

Department: Healthcare
April, a Resident Care Assistant, was nominated for Employee of the month for many reasons. She is a hard worker, she helps whenever it’s needed, and has a big heart and passion for her job that makes her great with all residents.
April’s favorite part about working at SpringBrook is the positive environment and her fellow co-workers. She wants all future employees to know what a positive and rewarding place SpringBrook is to work.
April enjoys bantering back and forth with residents and loves the smiles it brings to faces when they joke around. April loves all the unique personalities and traits of each and every one of the residents.
