    November: Employee of the Month

    Department: Healthcare

    Jasmine Hardy, a healthcare staff, has been chosen as SpringBrook’s November Employee of the Month!

    Jasmine’s favorite part of her job is taking care of the residents and growing relationships with them.

    Jasmine says her longevity with the company, being a team player and her outgoing personality help her to be successful at her job. She would like all future employees to know what a friendly environment SpringBrook is, from residents to staff alike. She enjoys the flexible hours and having co-workers who help each other out.

    A funny memory Jasmine has with a resident is when they wanted to help her by throwing their brief away, but it bounced and plopped right in the toilet! She also has a special memory with a resident who reminded her of her great-grandpa, and enjoyed how much he would make her laugh, and genuinely cared about how she was doing. Thank you for all you do for SpringBrook’s residents Jasmine!

  • Mari Floyd

    October: Employee of the Month

    Department: Healthcare

    Mari, a member of our Healthcare Staff, has been nominated as Employee of the Month for October! She is a team player, she picks up extra shifts and always has a smile on her face.

    Mari’s favorite part of her job is working with the residents, hearing their stories, and having a positive atmosphere, with co-workers who all work together. She says SpringBrook is a great place to work because you always feel like you are part of the team, and the team helps you to be successful.

    A resident who stands out to Mari is a lovely lady who lives in the Neighborhoods. Mari Enjoys spending time with her as she is always in a good mood, full of jokes, and she never fails to bring a smile to Mari’s face.

  • Christie Grandt

    September Employee of the Month

    Department: Housekeeping

    Christi, a member of the Housekeeping team has been nominated as September’s employee of the month! Christi is a hard worker and is always asking what she can do to help without complaint. Residents enjoy her company when she is in their apartments, and always attentive to their needs.

    Christi says the best part of her job is getting to help the residents in their daily lives, and enjoying their company.

    Christi thinks SpringBrook is a great place to work and would like future employees to know how nice everyone is, how great it is to have a supervisor that treats her well, and how her work is appreciated.

    Some of Christi’s favorite moments with residents include getting to joke around with them while in their home, and when certain residents seek her out because she feels like family to them.

    Thank you Christi for all of your hard work, it does not go unnoticed by residents, family, and staff! We are glad to have you on the SpringBrook Team!

  • Bekah Stout

    August Employee of the Month

    Department: Healthcare

    Bekah, one of SpringBrook’s Healthcare staff, is SpringBrook’s August employee of the month! Bekah is good with the residents and she is often complimented by them. Bekah goes above and beyond on the NOK shift, making sure all needs are met and residents are taken care of.

    Bekah’s favorite part of her job is the residents and their appreciation of her work. She would like to tell future staff to take the job seriously and be respectful of the residents and their living space. Bekah says communication between managers and taking questions and requests seriously, helps her to be successful at her job.

    A fun memory Bekah has is spending the night laughing and talking about baking pies with a resident. She enjoys the residents’ sense of humor and that working with our memory care residents keeps her on her toes. Thank you for all of your hard work Bekah! SpringBrook appreciates all that you do for our residents!
