Madelyn, a member of our healthcare staff, has been selected as March’s Employee of the Month! She consistently picks up extra shifts, works on her days off, and helps wherever she is needed, all while wearing a smile. Madelyn says the best part of her job is the residents. She enjoys sneaking them ice cream at odd hours, and they are always appreciative and thankful for the assistance from the staff. Her co-workers and supportive management team contribute to a strong team bond and create a work environment that everyone looks forward to being a part of.
