Tracy Phillips serves as the Executive Director and Healthcare Administrator, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for residents. She actively collaborates with residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers to promote wellness and safety. Tracy brings over 14 years of management experience in health and human services, complemented by 10 years of leadership experience in the retail and food industries. She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and holds a CBRF Administrator’s certificate. Since joining SpringBrook in April 2022, Tracy has been dedicated to enhancing resident well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending quality time with her family and nine grandchildren, and traveling to a new country each year.
