SpringBrook Assisted Living is hiring for all shifts AM, PM, NOC as well as for Float staff (non-scheduled hours) with the opportunity for growth! Our Resident Care Assistants are the first step in enhancing our resident's well being. They change lives on a daily basis. Various hours and schedules available. Starting wage ranges: RCA $11-$12.50, Med Tech $11.75- $13.25, CNA $12.50-$14. Sign on bonuses based on experience $500-$1000!

Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty in regards to the preparation of foods on a large scale, commercial-type basis.
Work is performed according to specific policies and procedures, producing food according to menus and standardized recipes.
Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cleaning the cooking area and serving food. Part- Time and Full-Time Dietary aid/ Cook with $1.00 shift differential on weekends!

SpringBrook Community of Onalaska is expanding our Life Enrichment Department and looking for two full-time Life Enrichment Assistants to assist with planning, prepping, facilitating, and documenting group and 1:1 activities with our memory care residents under the delegation of our Life Enrichment Coordinator. Life Enrichment Assistant will also work closely as a team with our care staff in assisting with meal times and other tasks as needed. Other duties may include providing administrative support to the Life Enrichment Coordinator by assisting with monthly newsletter, developing promotional flyers, and coordinating some volunteers. Ideal candidate will have experience with the geriatric population, enthusiasm, ability to think outside of the box, ability to take initiative, and be a supportive team player. Previous experience in recreational therapy preferred. Hours will consist of 32 hours a week during the weekdays (8am-4pm and 10am-6pm shifts) and an every third weekend rotation with holidays off!
